Your customer bought from you. Now what?
Email marketing gives small businesses a way to stay connected with customers long after the first sale—and create more opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and long-term relationships.
Learn how to build an email list you actually own, what to send (even when you feel like you have nothing to say), and how to create emails that are useful instead of ending up in the digital junk drawer.
We’ll cover practical ways to use email to welcome new customers, follow up after a purchase, share helpful information, promote your products or services, announce what’s new, and give loyal customers a reason to come back.
You’ll leave with a simple framework for creating an email marketing rhythm you can realistically maintain, whether you’re just starting your list or looking for a better strategy for the one you already have.
This workshop is taught by Dianna Stewart, owner of Steward Strategies, a marketing strategist with nearly 20 years of experience across corporate, agency, nonprofit, and small-business marketing. Her career has included managing multi-million-person social communities, paid advertising and television budgets, more than 500 influencer and celebrity partnerships, and presentations to CEOs of multi-billion-dollar companies.
