APS is in the early stages of a rate case, a formal process in which regulated utilities request approval from the Arizona Corporation Commission for updated rates. As you may have seen in the news, these cases often draw significant public attention and can sometimes be misunderstood.
To provide clear, accurate information, APS is hosting a Rate Case Education Session at our upcoming Peoria Chamber luncheon. This session will cover the rate case process, outline the rationale behind the request, and provide an opportunity for our members and guests to ask questions.
