Our employees matter and directly impact the local business community. We serve over 500 businesses in Peoria and the West Valley which represent over 10,000 employees.

Patriotism: We share a belief in the United States, free enterprise and support our active and retired military personnel.
We thrive on teamwork! Our employees are encouraged to seek creative solutions to business challenges. Flexible work hours, wireless internet and instant messenger help us stay connected. Impromptu meetings and collaboration provide opportunities for us to learn from each other
We use and love Macs! Our staff is as wireless as possible allowing us to work anywhere. It’s important for us to help our members embrace technology while providing excellent and personalized customer service.
The Chamber offers health, dental and vision plans for individuals and families. We have many paid holidays and keep a regular weekly schedule of 9AM – 5PM. Eligible employees have personal days and bereavement leave. We believe it’s important to be effective at work and then leave and enjoy your time away from your career.
Location & Work Environment
The Chamber is located near 83rd Avenue and Bell Road. Only 15 minutes from North Phoenix and 20 minutes from North Scottsdale. Glendale is along our eastern border and Avondale, Goodyear, Surprise and Litchfield Park are within 20 minutes or less.
We’re close to everything! In addition to restaurants, hotels and the Peoria Sports Complex, there is shopping around every corner. There is an extensive sidewalk system just outside of our building for getting some fresh air.
The Chamber is fun! We’re still professional, but we like to enjoy our work. There’s often music playing at the office, people using our conference rooms, lots of laughter and occasionally we even host networking events in our Center. Our members consistently say our programs are very effective and they love the fun and creative atmosphere at the Peoria Chamber.
We value diversity in our staff. To us, this means people with a variety of experience. While we appreciate formal education, it’s not the only reason we will hire someone. Finding people with the right mix of skills, growth potential, team spirit and a passion for working with the business community are all priorities for our Chamber
