Event Details: Join the Peoria Chamber of Commerce, the Peoria Diamond Club and the Peoria Sports Complex for Dinner on the Diamond!  Dinner on the Diamond is an exciting 9-inning baseball themed event featuring Announcer Bill Vreeke, Keynote Speaker Tom Sadler, and Guest Speaker Mayor Bob Barrett. Located on the baseball diamond at the Peoria Sports Complex, this fun dinner will include memorabilia from America's favorite past-time, excellent food and speakers who will leave you ready to hit a home run in our community. Dinner on the Diamond is a sponsored event by the Peoria Chamber of Commerce, Peoria Diamond Club and supported by the Peoria Sports Complex. Join us in celebration of baseball and our community on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 for the first annual Dinner on the Diamond. We will be at the Peoria Sports Complex, with a Chamber Member Mixer starting at 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and spring training opportunities available throughout the evening. Entertainment at the event includes: T-shirt toss, sports memorabilia silent auction by PSA, baseball themed photo booth, cash bar, ballpark fare samples and much more! Centerplate will be catering the event (Ball Park Fare will also be available). Menu: Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Demi-Glace Tossed Garden Salad with Appropriate Dressings Roasted Rosemary Potatoes Steamed Vegetable Medley Assorted Dessert Bars A free pair of General Admission Charity Game tickets will be given to the first 50 preregistered & prepaid attendees. A drawing will be held for everyone who preregisters & prepays! The prize will be a suite that seats 12 people for a 2012 Spring Training game (game TBD), as well as 4 VIP parking passes. Space is limited, so register early! Dinner on the Diamond will take the place of February's Membership Luncheon. More information will be available soon.
