He has served on numerous local, national, and international boards encompassing tourism and community development.

Phil and Golden are committed to serve the communities in which they live and play. He is Past President of the Broadmoor District Rotary Club (Colorado Springs CO) and has just joined the Sun City Rotary here in the west valley region. He has served on Sister City Committees and is eager to assist Surprise in similar adventures.

Likewise, Golden has served in the local and global communities, providing expertise in development of innovative community elder and disabled care services, scouting, and tourism experiences.
