Venturelli Building & Design provides a comprehensive array of construction-related services. We specialize in commercial and residential construction projects. Our construction projects range from complete turn key projects, interior build-outs, and renovations for tenants that include retail, restaurants, general office spaces, and office warehouse spaces. Our residential projects consists of building custom homes, additions, and renovations.  

Venturelli Building & Design was founded in 2005 by Davy & Domenic Venturelli.  Having grown up in Massachusetts with a father in the construction field, they developed a passion for the industry.  After both relocating to Phoenix, they partnered up to develop a construction company that is different than any other contractor.  Our main focus is on problem solving.  We simply do not look the other way when we are faced with challenges.  We are a very loyal company who thinks highly on building strong relationships with our clients. Services: Every projects success is dependent on a consistent level of service and communication prior to the start of a job and quality execution during construction.  To accomplish this, Venturelli provides the following services to ensure we exceed your expectations.

Preconstruction Phase Services:

• Budget & Cost Estimating - we develop preliminary budgets to assist you in determining costs based on initial scope.  When the design is complete we finalize a construction budget and provide a basis of comparison to contractor bids. 
  
• Constructability Review - review of design plans and specifications to verify that the design able to be built without issues and suggest solutions as needed prior to work commencing.  
  
• Value Engineering - review of project features to ensure that the Owner’s necessary functions are provided in the most cost-effective way, both in terms of initial and life-cycle costs. 
  
• Contract Bidding - we prequalify all subcontractors and develop of the bid packages to ensure that your project has the best tradesmen on the project.

Construction Phase Services:

• Project Controls - we execute projects with a consistent process to complete your job efficiently and effectively manage the work.  This includes maintenance of job correspondence, conducting progress meetings, submittals and requests for information, documentation of progress, updating and maintaining schedules. 
  
• Project Closeout and Warranty - review of the project to ensure orderly and timely completion, including completion of punchlists, and warranty periods, resolution of any outstanding issues.
