Cool Blew Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has been in business for 7 years.  Bob started the company in 2002 with one other technician.  We've grown from 2 employees to 26 employees.   We brought on plumbing in 2005.  We were located in Surprise but recently moved our main office to Peoria.

We pride ourselves on a family owned and operated Company.  Robert Proctor, founding owner, has 20 years experience in the service and repair business.  Tim Palmer, co-owner, has over 20 years experience in residential and commercial HVAC.  Sue Proctor, office manager, has over 31 years experience in Supervising a call Center for one of the countries largest insurance companies, where customer service was top priority. 

We specialize in private residential and commercial work, but are contracted for warranty work with a number of home warranty companies.

Our office staff has over 19 years experience in customer service and scheduling. The HVAC technical staff has twenty plus years in the field.  The plumbing staff has over fifteen years experience in the field.
