The Peoria Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Citslinc International, Inc., is inviting area residents and businesses to join us on an exciting nine-day trip to China.   The trip begins March 5, 2010 and concludes March 13, 2010.  The China trip is open to the general public at discount prices.  
Your oriental adventure begins by visiting Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhous and Hangzou.  This once –in-a-lifetime opportunity will include touring Tiananmen Square, Temple of Heaven, Palace Museum, Summer Place, the Great Wall, Ming Tombs and so much more!  
The trip includes roundtrip international airfare from LAX in Los Angeles, hotel accommodations in 4 or 5-star hotels, three full meals a day, a deluxe bus tour with fluent English-speaking tour guides in each city, and entrance fees into tourism attractions and any applicable taxes.  The price is $1,899 per person based on double occupancy, and a non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required at the time you register for the trip.
China is a modern country, so you need not feel as though you are preparing to travel back in time, to a less sophisticated society.  In many instances, the country is not “behind” so much as “different.”  For example, you will find very few ATM machines, but traveler checks and credit cards are accepted everywhere.
