The Peoria Chamber is seeking three qualified individuals to serve on our Board of Directors. The elected three-year terms will begin July 2011 and join eight other elected directors. The Directors are the policy-making level of the chamber which sets goals to improve the chamber. They also contribute to the overall promotion and success of the Peoria Chamber through meeting attendance, committee involvement, and event support.
 
Directors serve a three-year term and are seated at the first regular Board meeting in June. The deadline for returning applications is March 31. The candidate must be a member in good standing with dues paid current.
 
Our Board members are dedicated to making a difference. They work for our business members to ensure that we accomplish the mission of the Peoria Chamber of Commerce. "To promote, develop, and maintain a positive economic environment for business in the community."
